History

In 2015, Philipp Denisov and Konstantin Shishkin founded the company and developed a prototype of the cloud platform "Brandquad".

Step 1

If you are reading this text, it means you already have a work email. It's time to register on our messenger. We use Mattermost, it will help you stay in touch with your colleagues and keep up-to-date with important company news.

  1. Please follow the link provided in the email sent to your work address.
  2. Do not forget to add your contact details (Name, Surname, position and photo), so that your colleagues can easily find you.
  3. Learn more about our corporate messenger and add the recommended public channels to your Mattermost profile - but remember this can be done after completing Step 2.

In our work we also utilize JIRA, Confluence and Brandquad Portal. To register for these tools just follow instructions sent via email from Atlassian directly into your inbox.

JIRA: an issue tracking and project management tool for teams.

Confluence: a team workspace where knowledge and collaboration meet.

Customer portal (quick access page and home page): a place where customers and employees can submit requests to the service team, HR or Financial Departments.

Access level depends upon your role within organization (i.e. you may not have full access to JIRA or work under public access in Confluence), but every employee has portal access.

 
Onboarding

During your initial days at your new job, it's natural for questions or uncertainties arise. Please feel free reach out our HRD, Maria Svitova who will clarify any ambiguous points.

Learning

Before diving into tasks, you will receive training from experienced coach – Denis Shandybin. He will guide through everything from Brandquad suite usage till day-to-day routine at work.

Once registered in Jira and Confluence, follow this link.

There find subsections: Training Schedule and Learning Materials.

Go through offered training courses, pick one aligning best based on departmental reuirements and occupied position. This schedule lists subjects requiring necessary skills acquisition. Don't worry about deadlines! You'll learn gradually having enough time understanding each topic thoroughly.

Also look through learning materials containing video lessons, memos and exercises. Our coach will guide throughout learning path. Feel free to reach out to him if you have any questions.
